Shane Newell is an American historian, writer and fine art collector. His book, Joseph Warren and the Boston Rebellion, artistically portrays the first martyr of the American Revolution. Shane’s work titled More Common Sense is a reflective satire about modern society and administrative government. The Newell Post is Shane’s bulletin of notes and articles with links to courses and events that offer a historical perspective on life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Shane is the creator of Franklins Fortune – a deck building game based on Benjamin Franklin’s secrets of Health, Wealth and Wisdom. Shane is also the author of The Essential Guide to Stevens Decoys, an illustrated study about the Stevens Brothers of Weedpsort, NY.
